As of the date on which this job advertisement is posted, the Company anticipates that the base salary range for this role is $124,000- $146,000, with a 10% bonus target (this represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base salary range for this position).  Total direct compensation may also include discretionary bonus and/or incentive compensation. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.

What you will do:

• Take the lead to bring a dashboard through its lifecycle, from concept to wireframe to implementation through to end-user acceptance
• Design, build, prototype, and deploy Power BI solutions
• Translate business needs into technical specifications
• Conduct and support whiteboarding sessions, workshops, design sessions, and project meetings as needed
• Researches and develops new algorithms and statistical techniques based on customer needs
• Work in partnership with business analysts, application architect, application developers to build data transactions and warehousing systems
• Make effective and decisive decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project

What you should have:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Software Engineering or Data-Focused Positions.
• 5+ years with PowerBI or similar data visualization platforms like Tableau
• Advanced experience using MS PowerBI. Must have a deep understanding of Power BI, SQL and Snowflake (yeah, it’s pretty new but cool)
• Ability to distill large volumes of information into consumable 'portions' that allow for nimble decision making
• Bachelor's degree or School of Hard Knocks
• Real Estate experience a huge plus
• Experience in end-to-end implementation of BI projects for developing a portfolio of scorecards, KPIs, reports & dashboards
• Ability to communicate analytic and data solutions in an actionable manner to business managers
• Experience with a wide array of cloud-based project management tools
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to initiate and drive projects proactively and accurately with a large, diverse team. You like talking to other humans.
• An overwhelming desire to see others succeed. Training, mentorship, and soft skills are paramount
